On this site we look at:
 turning analog memories into digital - the "genealogy stuff": photos, slides, documents, art work, letters... all the genealogical records you have gathered, the stuff from files and attics and shoeboxes and... family trunks! |
 capturing the digital present: photos, videos, sound, webpages... the "new genealogy" that doesn't look like much in a shoebox |
 organising it all into an accessable narrative of the family so people will actually want to browse through it like they would through an old trunk in the attic, and so you can share it now without boring them |
 keeping it safe now and into the future so it will work and mean something for your great grandchildren |
It can be some quick tasks you do now just to be sure, or it can be a fun and fascinating hobby, or it can be your life's work.
